ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Team Isarog extends their deepest gratitude to all those who have supported and guided our team throughout our internship journey.

Our heartfelt appreciation to Altamarino-Clasio High School (ACHS) for accepting us, student interns, and for providing a conducive and positive environment for teaching-learning experience and for personal and professional growth. The opportunity to engage with the school community has been rewarding and formative for the team.

To the officer-in-charge, school head of ACHS, Ma’am Jessica Bolalin-Rubi, we share our most sincere thanks, for their unending support and commitment to make sure that we are truly in good hands. To our student interns coordinator, Sir Jeff Jerhon Rubi, we also extend our gratitude, your presence has made it easy for us to communicate well with your school, which has helped our teaching journey go smoothly.

Our deepest thanks to the very competent and committed cooperating teachers, for their unwavering support, mentorship, bits of advice, and encouragement throughout our teaching experience. Their expertise and cooperation to the teaching profession were greatly impactful towards our development as aspiring educators.

We are also grateful to our institution, The College of Development Education of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture Pili Campus, for equipping us with the knowledge and skills necessary for this journey. To our supervising professor, Dr. Julie Amara Bondilles, we thank you for providing us with the guidance and support that made it possible to progress forward with our internship experience. To our College Dean, Dr. Melinda Parro-Pan, we extend our gratitude for making this internship program possible, in partnership with Altamarino-Clasio High School. The entire CDE community has helped mold us into young pre-service educators with a commitment to excellence in teacher education, without you, we would not have been able to teach with skills and confidence to the youth of the ACHS school community.

Lastly, we would like to acknowledge our families and loved ones for their continued and unconditional support, their patience, and their motivation during our internship.

To all who have contributed to this milestone, the completion of our internship, we give you our most since most sincere thanks. This program would not have been successful if it weren't for your contributions. Thank you and God bless all!

About Us

We are a group of ten student-teacher interns from the College of Development Education - Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CDE-CBSUA). We call our group, Team Isarog, as a symbol of the community we were assigned to; and as a symbol of the tenacity of a mountain that we showcased during our internship journey. For 2 months, from February 5 to April 4, we had the opportunity to complete our internship journey at Altamarino-Clasio High School (ACHS) in Curry, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Through our teaching internship, we had many learning experiences as we engaged in meaningful classroom experiences, crafting lesson plans, delivery of instruction, and making connections with the entire ACHS community, from our peers to the students, cooperating teachers, the school head, and the school's faculty and staff. This e-portfolio highlights our journey as student teachers - showcasing our achievements, outputs, our school, our reflections, and our growth as we prepare to become educators with confidence, competence, commitment, and compassion.
