A NIGHT OF SPARKLE

One of the most anticipated events in every high school student’s life is the Junior and Senior’s (JS) Night—a night of elegance, joy, and unforgettable memories. This year, Altamarino-Clasio High School (ACHS) held its JS Night on February 21, 2025, at the ACHS Pavilion, bringing together Grade 10 and Grade 12 students for an evening filled with laughter, music, and celebration.

Dressed in stunning gowns and tuxedos, students arrived with excitement and pride, ready to mark this milestone in their high school journey. The event was more than just a formal gathering—it was a celebration of youth, growth, and the bonds formed throughout their academic years.

The program was gracefully opened by Ma’am Jessica B. Rubi, OIC-School Head, who welcomed everyone with an inspiring message. The night was hosted by two outstanding student interns, CJ Dela Cruz and Cathleen Albia, whose charm, wit, and energy kept the audience engaged throughout the program.

JS Night was not only for students—teachers and student interns also actively participated, sharing the dance floor and joining the fun. From heartfelt speeches to group dances, the event highlighted the strong sense of community within the ACHS family. One of the most memorable parts of the night was the jamming and dancing session, where everyone let loose, danced to their hearts’ content, and simply enjoyed the rare moment. Laughter echoed across the venue, and smiles lit up every corner of the pavilion.

For many, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience—one of the happiest highlights of being a high school student. The JS Night of 2025 will surely be remembered as a magical evening that brought students, teachers, and interns together in celebration of friendship, transition, and dreams ahead.

About Us

We are a group of ten student-teacher interns from the College of Development Education - Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CDE-CBSUA). We call our group, Team Isarog, as a symbol of the community we were assigned to; and as a symbol of the tenacity of a mountain that we showcased during our internship journey. For 2 months, from February 5 to April 4, we had the opportunity to complete our internship journey at Altamarino-Clasio High School (ACHS) in Curry, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Through our teaching internship, we had many learning experiences as we engaged in meaningful classroom experiences, crafting lesson plans, delivery of instruction, and making connections with the entire ACHS community, from our peers to the students, cooperating teachers, the school head, and the school's faculty and staff. This e-portfolio highlights our journey as student teachers - showcasing our achievements, outputs, our school, our reflections, and our growth as we prepare to become educators with confidence, competence, commitment, and compassion.
