DEPLOYMENT

Altamarino-Clasio High School (ACHS) officially welcomed student interns from the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) - College of Development Education (CDE) on February 5, 2025, in a warm and meaningful deployment program held at the ACHS campus.
The event marked the beginning of the interns’ field practice, with ACHS serving as their training ground in preparation for their future careers as educators. Present during the event were Student interns, Cooperating teachers, Ma’am Jessica B. Rubi as OIC-school head, Sir Jeff Jerhon Rubi as the school’s intern coordinator, and Ma’am Julie Amara Mostoles, the supervising professor from CBSUA.
The deployment program began with a warm welcome extended by ACHS teachers and staff. Each student intern introduced themselves and Ma'am Jess announced to the student interns the names of their respective cooperating teachers. In his welcome message, Sir Jeff reassured the interns, saying, "You're in good hands," emphasizing the school’s commitment to providing a nurturing and supportive environment. His words served as a source of encouragement for the interns.
Ma’am Jess expressed her gratitude for the partnership with CBSUA and encouraged the interns to treat ACHS not just as a training ground, but as a second home where they can grow professionally and personally. Meanwhile, Ma’am Jam emphasized the importance of collaboration, professionalism, and open communication throughout the internship period.
After the short program, a photo session was held to commemorate the beginning of their deployment. This was followed by a school tour, allowing the interns to familiarize themselves with the campus environment and facilities. As they explored the ACHS grounds, many student interns shared their excitement and hopes for the experiences ahead. Some admitted to feeling anxious, but most were eager and optimistic about the opportunity to gain real-world teaching experience in such a welcoming and well-organized school. The deployment ceremony concluded with smiles, handshakes, and high hopes—a promising start to what is expected to be a rewarding and transformative journey for the CBSUA student interns at ACHS.
